    - Former head of the legal division in the Tax Department.
    - Chairman and member of examination and elections committees, and Chairman of the High Disciplinary Committee, at the Jordanian Bar Association.
    - Conciliator in the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (World Bank), and arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration, International Chamber of Commerce and the Association of the Jordanian Arbitrators.
    - Legal studies and researches. Practical experiences in insurance and re-insurance, maritime law, administrative law, taxes, contracting etc.
    - Former member of the Board of Directors of the Arab International Union Insurance Company.
    - Former member of the Board of the Faculty of Law - University of Jordan.
    - Former member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Jordan.
