  • Ministry's Functions: 1. Following-up the law drafts and temporary laws that transferred from Government to the Lower House and submitted to the Upper House.

    2. Following-up the reports of the Lower and Upper Houses and study the recommendations of their respective.

    3. Coordinating with the Ministries and Government’s departments to follow the government answers on the questions, inquiries and memorandums that were sent from the Lower and Upper Houses.

    4. Participating in the ministerial committees which are in charge of providing reports on its works for the lower and upper houses.

    5. Documenting electronically the various mechanisms of coordination and cooperation between the executive and legislative powers.

    6. Benefit from the countries’ experiences in strengthening cooperation mechanisms between the government and the Upper and Lower Houses.
