General Features of the Political, Economical and Social Programme:
Modificationof the elections law and promotion of the role of political parties in strengthening citizen's participation and promoting the culture ofdemocracy. Reconsidering the integration of municipalities, and reviewing themunicipal law and the draft of decentralization law. Emphasizing theindependence of the judicial authority, combating corruption, poverty andunemployment, improving living standards for citizens and reducing the highprices as well as the equitable distribution of thedevelopment returns, achieving justice, equality and equal opportunities atwork. Paying attention to all sectors of health, agriculture, and livestockresources, supporting and developing the education sector, schools anduniversities, freedom of press, supporting the armed forces and ensuring thecentrality of the Palestinian cause in foreign policy.
